Organs:

There is clear evidence that the cars aren't fully mechanical in this universe. The biggest ones are the teeth, eyes, and tongues, which prove they have organisms and tissue, perhaps soft organic interiors. There's an episode in Cars on the Road where Mater and McQueen insult each other by claiming the other has bad breath. The cars even wear headphones around their window sides, suggesting they have eardrums. Or auditory processing systems in their dashboards? The cars' eyes seem to be a glass windshield with an eyeball or eye cube, for lack of a better term. They have different eye color, which suggests genetics. Windshields could represent lenses for their eyeballs for light to pass through and are just as fragile as human eyes. We see a scene in Cars 2 where some cars wear eye protectors, which suggests their windshields and eyes are delicate and sensitive to light. Cars one has a scene where Mcqueen gets blinded by Sally after having his gas run out. So, eyes in the car universe are sensitive to light, so this suggests that they have retinas. In addition, some cars can be seen wearing giant human glasses, indicating that cars can have vision impairment. This is a weird detail because how do cars know what human glasses look like? Why can't they get prescription windshields? In a short, we can see Mcqueen getting hiccups, which means they have diaphragms. In Cars on the Road, we can see Mcqueen nearly throwing up, which means cars can regurgitate what they eat. In Cars 2, we see an agent dive into the water wearing a breathing mask. So that confirms cars need oxygen to breathe, which explains why Mater passed out in Cars 2 via gas. In Cars 3, when Mcqueen pushes too hard in one of his races, he begins to pant, indicating that he has lungs that tire out the faster he drives. And since this tires him out, does it mean he is using stamina? Does gas equal energy? If true, is racing the equivalent of running? If that's the case, is racing in the car universe the equivalent of track and field racing? I'll discuss the diet of cars in a section that could reopen this topic and relate it to energy consumption.
